所有參賽者必須同意、接受和遵守下列規則：
1.
主辦機構保留取消任何參賽者資格、終止或更改比賽程序的權利。
2.
在評審團的建議下，主辦機構保留權利允許沒有或超過一位優勝者獲得一個獎項。評審團保留修改甄選準則的權利。
3.
香港電腦商會保留更改及解釋比賽規則的權利。
4.
任何有關比賽規則和評審的爭議，由主辦機構作最終裁決。
Rules
and Regulations
| 1. |
The Organizers retain the right to disqualify any participants as
well as cease, or change the procedures of, the competition. |

| 2. |
Upon
suggestion by the judging panel, the Organizers retain the right
to allow no winner or more than one winner for an individual award.
The judging panel retains the right to alter the judging criteria. |

| 3. |
CHKCI retains the right to change as well
as to explain the rules and regulations for the competition. |
| |

| 4. |
Any
conflict concerning the rules of competition and objection to competition
judgment should be settled based on the final decision of the Organizers. |
